{hmmmm...}

So... remember that post way back in - oh November or so when I said I was looking forward to January when I would have time to do... hmmmmm whatever I wanted! Ok, yeah, that hasn't happened yet! LOL! I have been so busy and that has been absolutely wonderful! (ok so I would not turn down an opportunity to sit and just - sit - for a while, but I am totally blown away by my 2008 so far!) I wanted to share a few favorites.

This couple is one of my wedding couples! I am so excited about their wedding... we are gonna have FUN!

These cutie pies were so much fun! Their sweet grandmother got them matching Christmas outfits and we missed the holiday rush and did the pictures after! Brilliant!

Daddy had to sneak in with his little girl!

I love love love newborns! Have I mentioned that lately? This new member of my bebe plan was a bit older than most of my newborns, but it certainly didn't matter! He was SO sweet!

Here is one benefit to waiting a month.. check out his eye contact! Fabulous!

Another sweet sweet newborn! This little guy was only one week old and SO precious! Look at how stunning his precious mommy is!

This 3 year old is SO spunky! I just adore her and had so much fun. I was Snow White and she was Sleeping Beauty! Who seriously wouldn't love being a princess!

Oh yeah! She was Yao Ming too! Don't you just love this age!

And last, but certainly not least, this cutie patootie 4 month old! She is another bebe planner and is already so big! The time flies by so fast... it seems like it was just yesterday she was here for her newborn session...

{Inspired}
With anything, you can get in a bit of a stretch where you just feel, well, blah. Then along comes something... could be something small... could be anything... but it sparks something. It inspires you...
In my case, this beautiful mommy to be was my inspiration. We had the most awesome awesome FABULOUS session! I just loved it so much and had to share a few with all you out there!

Ok so that is my little spark that I had to share. I can't wait to meet the little one that is the reason behind these gorgeous portraits!

Go find yourself some inspiration, whether it is a picture, or a book, or a movie, it could be anything. This session reminded me how important it is to find those little sparks! And when you find it, ride that wave, and enjoy every minute!

Happy Valentine's everyone! But around my house, it is Happy Birthday first! My sweet little man is 3 today! He is as spunky as they come, but oh goodness, he is a little lover boy!

Here is a funny one for all of you out there with more than one kiddo. You will be able to identify!

I can almost always guarantee a 50% cooperation rate! That is pretty darn good, folks! I figure I have a short window of time where the older ones will be ready for my camera, then when the younger ones get to where they are ok with mommy chasing them around, it will be time for the older ones to be running again! Gotta love it! These years will be behind us all too quickly...

I wanted to share with you all something very cool that is happening on Sunday. My father in law was an amazing musician. His love was the blues and throughout his life he had numerous bands and jammed with other great musicians. He did not want a funeral. He did not want everyone to wear black and to be sad. He wanted a party. Well, let me tell you, a PARTY he is going to get!

Through the effort of some absolutely amazing AMAZING people, a party has been born. This Sunday, February 17th, in Austin we are all going to get together to celebrate the life of this great man. We will be at Antone's, which for any of you familiar with Austin, you will know Antone's! For those of you who are not, check out this..

{Man and Wife}

Well, these two families knew exactly how to ring in the New Year! Just days after 2008 began, this wonderful couple became one. They were such a joy to work with and I absolutely wish them all the best in their journey together.

I BIG PUFFY HEART weddings! I have a few things up my sleeve with all the events I have done this past year and the ones I have on the books for 2008. My site hasn't been updated in ages! Hmmmmm can anyone see where this is going??? Stay tuned! :0)
